What were run only for the free weeks. How could I get by without. Difficult, that's clear. I've so far recovering quite well. Aqua fitness is good for me and dancing brings a good variety.
At first I was convinced of the Aqua Fitness at all, I've frozen and did not feel really exhausted.
With a few minor variations, I do think, though so slow like that. I let the shoulders just under the water and take a good half hour before or floating unit. To the swimming pool there and back again I put back 10 km with the bike, so I reach the optimum fitness and I feel sufficiently exhausted.
Yesterday I had been about 6 weeks again laced running shoes. A great feeling. I wanted to approach it slowly and have a pulse on the Clock range between 50 - 70% set. They were immediately alert when I found myself on this pulse range.
And so we were comfortable 6 km in 55 minutes with three extensive walking breaks to allow the pulse again stabilized. This was later on average 71-74% pleasant. I was more than satisfied and the fresh air in the evening I felt really really good. Ok, we had minus 6 degrees, but that we should not spoil the run.
see if I want to sweeten the next week, a four-legged companion to walk. I had planned already in the old year and this time it will work reliably. The back has recovered and seems, at least not at first strike.
