I run again, I'm swimming again and they dance!

What were run only for the free weeks. How could I get by without. Difficult, that's clear. I've so far recovering quite well. Aqua fitness is good for me and dancing brings a good variety.

At first I was convinced of the Aqua Fitness at all, I've frozen and did not feel really exhausted.
With a few minor variations, I do think, though so slow like that. I let the shoulders just under the water and take a good half hour before or floating unit. To the swimming pool there and back again I put back 10 km with the bike, so I reach the optimum fitness and I feel sufficiently exhausted.

Yesterday I had been about 6 weeks again laced running shoes. A great feeling. I wanted to approach it slowly and have a pulse on the Clock range between 50 - 70% set. They were immediately alert when I found myself on this pulse range.

And so we were comfortable 6 km in 55 minutes with three extensive walking breaks to allow the pulse again stabilized. This was later on average 71-74% pleasant. I was more than satisfied and the fresh air in the evening I felt really really good. Ok, we had minus 6 degrees, but that we should not spoil the run.

see if I want to sweeten the next week, a four-legged companion to walk. I had planned already in the old year and this time it will work reliably. The back has recovered and seems, at least not at first strike.

total failure and 7 Rostock charity run

It's been a while ago, but now I get to the Report on the charity run on 01/23/2011 to write.
bothering me the past few weeks a small virus that caused severe cough on me. I just had this cough, otherwise I felt good so far. I did not want to exaggerate and chose not mitzulaufen the charity run.




I accompanied Michael saw me and suddenly in a whole new role as a spectator and the Sprintefixes video as supporters. He ran the 10 Km The financial commitment has been donated to charity.




He ran loose 47 minutes, I shot every round and was happy after a certain time cold finger. As the supporters have just endured last year at minus 15 degrees. Unimaginable.




Since my total failure, I'm not running for now and try by all means get rid of the cough.

Recently I was on the Uniball of dance classes and I was hooked. This is the solution, I'll do a dance course, that's good for your back and we can expand our dance steps something.




Furthermore, I am registered with an aqua fitness class. I hope that's enough first to get me back into swing.

With the dancing it worked well last week, we rehearsed the Disco-Fox, Waltz and ChaChaCha. Was great fun.

First is not ended yet. Until then I will tell more about dancing and splashing o)
